Terms and Conditions.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of peripatetic music lessons provided by Blossoms Performing Arts for students. By enrolling your child in these lessons, you agree to adhere to these terms. These conditions ensure a smooth, effective, and enjoyable learning experience for all parties involved.
2. Enrollment
Eligibility: Students must be enrolled at Blossoms Performing Arts to be eligible for peripatetic music lessons with our team of teachers.
Placement: Placement in lessons is at the discretion of Blossoms Performing Arts based on factors such as the availability of tutors and scheduling constraints.
3. Fees and Payment
Tuition Fees: Fees for music lessons are charged per half term. The exact fee will be communicated at the start of the academic year or upon enrollment.
Payment Schedule: Fees must be paid in full by the specified deadline, typically before the start of each half term.
Late Payment: Late payments may incur additional charges. Non-payment may result in the suspension or cancellation of lessons.
Refunds: Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances, such as prolonged illness (with a doctor’s note), or if Blossoms Performing Arts cancels lessons due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Lesson Scheduling
Timetable in school: Lessons will be scheduled during school hours. The exact timing will be arranged in consultation with the tutor and communicated to parents in advance.
Timetable outside of school: Lessons can be arranged for outside of school hours and will be delivered by the team within their own homes or within a suitable alternative location (i.e. church or village hall).
